Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation cap of an electric wiring crimp terminal capable of giving an alarm or identifying a dangerous situation based on temperature, a manufacturing apparatus of the insulation cap, and a manufacturing method of the insulation cap.SOLUTION: The insulation cap is provided with a terminal insertion part having one step being inserted with one step of a crimp terminal, an electric wire insertion part having an other step being inserted with one step of an electric wire, and a step provided between the terminal insertion part and the electric wire insertion part, wherein the insulation cap (100) contains a first insulator layer (102) which, on generation of a heat of 60°C or more, starts conversion reaction and lets an administrator acknowledge the dangerous situation easily and a second insulator layer (104) which, on generation of a heat of 40°C or more, starts conversion reaction and lets the administrator acknowledge the alarming situation easily; in the insulation cap (100), the second insulator layer (104) is positioned on the first insulator layer (102), the first insulator layer (102) and the second insulator layer (104) are provided for the whole insulation cap (100).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
