Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeding device that can reliably detect a tip of a sheet separated from an installed roll.SOLUTION: A sheet feeding device is provided with a first sensor and a second sensor disposed at different rotation angles relative to a rotational axis of a roll to detect a surface of the roll. The sheet feeding device detects a tip of a sheet based on an output value of the first sensor and an output value of the second sensor while rotating the roll in a sheet winding direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
