Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning treatment system for a conveyor belt of a washing water recycling type requiring no conventional waste water treatment.SOLUTION: A cleaning treatment system for a conveyor belt of a washing water recycling type, comprises conveyor belt cleaning means for washing a conveyor belt to which fallen powders are adhered with water, fallen powder recovering means for introducing the washing water which is used for washing in the conveyor belt cleaning means and which is turned into a sludge due to the fallen powders contained therein and dehydrating it to recover a fallen powder component, washing water storage means for recovering the washing water from which the fallen powder component is recovered through the fallen powder recovering means to store it, and washing water supplying means for filtering the washing water stored in the washing water storage means through filtering means and then supplying it as clarified fresh washing water to the conveyor belt cleaning means. The system is constituted so as to circulate the washing water sequentially through the respective means in a closed manner to prevent the waste water from leaking to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
