PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular winch device capable of improving the fixing performance of an object to be mounted while suppressing an increase in the device size.SOLUTION: A vehicular winch device 20 includes a traction belt 22 and a brake mechanism 30 reducing a load applied to a base end side of the traction belt 22. In the brake mechanism 30, a reduction amount, which reduces a load applied to the base end side of the traction belt 22 rather than the brake mechanism 30 when the traction belt 22 is discharged, is larger than a reduction amount, which reduces a load applied to the base end side of the traction belt 22 rather than the braking mechanism 30 when the traction belt 22 is wound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
