Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel assembly, a fuel element, a coating material, a manufacturing method of the fuel element and an application method of the fuel element.SOLUTION: There is provided a steel composition containing, by weight ratio, about 10.0 to about 13.0% of Cr, about 0.17 to about 0.23% of C, about 0.80 to about 1.2% of Mo, about 0.5% or less of Si, about 1.0% or less of Mn, about 0.25 to 0.35% of V, about 0.40 to about 0.60% of W and at least 80% of Fe and at least some of which is transformed to an austenite phase by heating at 1100 to 1300°C for 40 to 60 hours.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1b
