Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oil and fat sweets having improved sweetness while containing low-sweetness carbohydrates.SOLUTION: The present invention provides oil and fat sweets containing low-sweetness carbohydrates. The oil and fat sweets contain oils and fats having a 20°C solid fat content (SFC) of 42-45%, a 25°C SFC of 21-33%, and a 30°C SFC of 2-10%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
