Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an arrangement position of a fluid resistance part from being affected by a filter.SOLUTION: A supply-side fluid resistance part 7 comprises plate-like members 2C, 2B and 2A. A plate-like member 2D is arranged between the plate-like member 2C forming the supply-side fluid resistance part 7 and a diaphragm member 3 forming a supply-side filter 9. Thus, a clearance 18 is provided between the plate-like member 2C and the diaphragm member 3. When the supply-side fluid resistance part 7 is projected in a liquid permeation direction of the supply-side filter 9, an inlet part 7a of the supply-side fluid resistance part 7 is arranged in a position to overlap the supply-side filter 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
