PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control data transmission from a wearable device to a mobile terminal device and keep an amount of data communication down.SOLUTION: In a wearable device 100, a gathering unit 110 periodically gathers body information 111 on a person's body, and a determination unit 120 determines whether there is abnormality in the body information 111, and transmits a body alarm 151 to a mobile terminal device if there is abnormality in the body information 111. Upon receiving the body alarm 151 from the determination unit 120, an interval change instruction unit of the mobile terminal device transmits an interval change instruction 601 to change an interval to gather the body information 111 to the wearable device 100. Then, the gathering unit 110 changes the interval to gather the body information 111 on the basis of the interval change instruction 601.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
