PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood sampling device, a blood sampling kit, a blood sampling system, a blood sampling method, and an inactivation processing method capable of reducing time and cost of inactivation processing by performing inactivation processing for pathogens when sampling blood.SOLUTION: A blood sampling device 10A is configured so that a blood sampling kit 14 having a blood sampling line 24 and a blood sampling bag 26 is arranged, and includes a housing part (second arrangement part 112) capable of housing the blood sampling bag 26, a decompression pump 98 for sucking blood into the blood sampling bag 26 through the blood sampling line 24 by decompressing the inside of the housing part, an arrangement part (first arrangement part 110) in which an inactivation processing part 36A provided on the blood sampling line 24 can be arranged, and a light irradiation part (first light irradiation part 122) provided in the arrangement part for irradiating a light of a wavelength that makes pathogens inactivated to the blood flowing in the inactivation processing part 36A, to which a pathogen inactivation agent is added.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
