Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the spin amount of a hit ball and durability of a face by forming the face of a plurality of different materials.SOLUTION: A golf club head includes a face part and a head part. The face part has a first member, a second member, and a third member. The first member is made of a first material and has a housing part. A plurality of the second members are made of the first material, are long-plate-shaped articles by using the toe-heel direction as a longitudinal direction, and are housed in the housing parts in a direction perpendicular to a toe-heel direction so that the second members form a surface of the face part together with the first member. The third member is made of a second material having a lower elasticity modulus than the first material and is housed in the housing part by connecting to a back surface of the second member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
