Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suppressing pickup flaws (surface flaws) on a cold-rolled steel sheet.SOLUTION: In the method of suppressing surface flaw on a steel sheet in a continuous annealing furnace in which a steel sheet strip is annealed while being rolled to be fed, the oxygen partial pressure in the furnace is set to equal to or lower than the equilibrium oxygen partial pressure of Fe/FeO. The oxygen partial pressure P(atm) in a part where at least one feeding roll and the steel sheet strip approach each other and the surface temperature T(°C) of the feeding roll satisfy the following formula (1).
