Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing wastefulness during a delivery of a product.SOLUTION: (a) When EC is established, (b) a seller 2 stores a product (package) 4 in a locker box (#1) 22_1, and locks the same by a locker utilization application of a seller terminal device 30. An electronic key for unlocking is generated in the seller terminal device 30, and is notified to and stored in a locker device 20 and an administrative server 10. (c) The seller 2 transfers the electronic key of the locker box (#1) 22_1 to a buyer 3 by a chat application 7. (d) The buyer 3 is guided to the locker device 20 by the locker utilization application, and upon approaching, a locker management device 21 authenticates a buyer terminal device 50 by short-distance wireless communication. (e) The locker management device 21 verifies the electronic key and unlocks the locker box (#1) 22_1. The buyer 3 removes the product (package) 4 from the unlocked locker box (#1) 22_1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
