Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical diffusion film composed of a single layer, for which an optical diffusion incident angle region can be effectively expanded, and even when an incident angle of incident light is varied within the optical diffusion incident angle region, change in optical diffusion characteristics can be effectively suppressed; and a method for manufacturing the optical diffusion film.SOLUTION: An optical diffusion film 10 and the like has, inside the film, a single optical diffusion layer 50 having a first internal structure 20 and a second internal structure 30, each of which includes a plurality of regions having a relatively high refractive index in a region having a relatively low refractive index, sequentially from a lower part along a film thickness direction. The regions 12 having a relatively high refractive index in the first internal structure 20 have a bent section 14 at an intermediate point along the film thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
