Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission line - waveguide converter capable of achieving further high precision of a probe length.SOLUTION: In the transmission line - waveguide converter, a microstrip line waveguide converter 1 includes a waveguide device 10 having a waveguide 12 through which an electromagnetic wave propagates and a dielectric substrate 20 having a main conductor 21 on the upper surface side, a transmission line is comprised of the main conductor 21 and the dielectric substrate 20 and a front end 21a of the main conductor 21 is positioned inside the waveguide 12. The dielectric substrate 20 is provided with a scale 22 for adjusting a probe length L showing a distance between the front end 21a of the main conductor 21 and one wall surface 12a of the waveguide 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
