Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave-based heating device capable of uniformly heating an object being processed, by a method other than disposing a rotating impeller in a heating chamber.SOLUTION: A heating device 10 comprises: a rotation drum 30 disposed such that a rotation shaft 34b is tilted diagonally upward so that an opening part 32 of an interior space in a closed-end cylinder shape housing an object being processed is located diagonally upward; and a lid part 20 having a microwave emission unit 22 to emit microwaves from the opening part 32 to the interior space, the lid part covering the opening part 32 when the microwaves are emitted. The rotation drum 30 comprises: an inner circumferential surface 33 defining the internal space; a bottom surface 34 closing an end part of the inner circumferential surface 33 located opposite the opening part 32; a projecting part 36 located at the center of the bottom surface 34 and projecting toward the opening part 32 from the bottom surface 34; and a plurality of blades disposed in the circumferential direction of the inner circumferential surface 33 and extending from the inner circumferential surface 33 toward the projecting part 36, the plurality of blades guiding the object being processed to the projecting part 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
