Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage power supply device capable of easily switching a switch and yielding a high-voltage switching output.SOLUTION: A high-voltage power supply device comprises: a full-bridge converter 1 that converts a first DC voltage into a second DC voltage; a first step-up transformer T1 having a first primary winding P1 connected to an output of the full-bridge converter and a first secondary winding S electromagnetically coupled with the first primary winding; a resonance capacitor C1 with one end thereof being connected to one end of the first secondary winding of the first step-up transformer; a plurality of triacs Tra to TRd each of which has one end thereof connected to the other end of the first secondary winding of the first step-up transformer and which is turned ON/OFF by a start signal; and a plurality of step-up transformers T2a to T2d which is provided so as to correspond to the plurality of triacs, and include second primary windings P4a to P4d connected to the other end of the resonance capacitor and the other of the triac and second secondary windings S1a to S1d and S2a to S2d electromagnetically coupled with the second primary winding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
