Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressed-hydrogen producing system that can produce compressed-hydrogen efficiently in the EHC using PEM.SOLUTION: A hydrogen compressor 14 comprises an anode 14A on one side, a cathode 14C on the other side, and an ion conductor 14B between them. The anode 14A is supplied with hydrogen through a hydrogen introducing path 20. The hydrogen introducing path 20 is supplied with water vapor from a reservoir bubbler 12. The water in anode off-gas discharged from the anode 14A is supplied to the hydrogen introducing path 20 through an anode off-gas path 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
