Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a plating failure caused by electricity application failure, and to be able to respond even to a work-piece with a complex shape.SOLUTION: A plating electrode jig 1 comprises a conductive base material 2, and an electrode member 4 jointed to a hole of the base material 2 with a rivet 3. The electrode member 4 comprises a flat-shaped flat pipe 5 provided with a rivet through-hole 5a; a conductive wire material 8 for attachment of a work-piece 7, that has a bending part 8a held by the flat pipe 5; and a solder welding layer 9 provided inside the flat pipe 5. The electrode member 4 has a type having one flat pipe 5, or another type obtained by laminating plural flat pipes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
