Abstract:
To provide a mold which has excellent durability, and can form an opening while preventing damage of a metal foil.SOLUTION: A mold for forming a plurality of through holes on a metal foil with a thickness of 5-40 μm has a flat plate part formed from metal with hardness of HV 650 or less, and a plurality of frustum-shaped projections which are formed from the same metal as the material of the flat plate part and are integrally formed so as to project from the surface of the flat plate part, where each of the plurality of projections includes an inclined side face inclined by 5 or more degrees in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the flat plate part, and a surface area of its upper surface positioned at the tip is 20 μmor more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
