Abstract:
To provide a surface-treated powder that has a good feeling in use and effectviely inhibits unnatural whiteness, and also has excellent dispersibility in the formula, and cosmetics containing the surface-treated powder.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a surface-treated powder coated with an oligomer ester synthesized from following components (A) and (B): (A) at least one selected from C6-22 bivalent carboxylic acids containing linear, branched, or cyclic structures, and (B) a polyglycerol with an average degree of polymerization of 2-15, calculated in terms of hydroxyl values.SELECTED DRAWING: None
