Abstract:
To provide a breather device which enables gas-liquid separation of air, in which a liquid automatic transmission fluid is made into mist and mixed, in a breather chamber.SOLUTION: A breather device performs ventilation between the interior and the exterior of a case of a prime mover mounted on a vehicle or a transmission mechanism related to the prime mover through a breather chamber. The breather device has: a tubular connection part for circulating ATF mixed air into the interior of the breather chamber from the interior of the case; and a cylindrical wall 30 which is provided in the breather chamber and has a cylindrical shape closed at one end part and opening at the other end part and in which the ATF mixed air from the connection part circulates from an opening at the other end part toward the one end part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
