Abstract:
To provide a technology that, in fixing of a toner image in image formation of an electrophotographic system, enables fixing excellent in both fixing of the toner image and separation of a recording medium even in high-speed image formation.SOLUTION: A fixing belt of the present invention comprises: a base layer that is made of a heat-resistant resin; an elastic layer that is arranged on the base layer and made of an elastic material; and a release layer that is arranged on the elastic layer and made of a fluorine resin. The release layer has a surface shape including a first rugged shape and a second rugged shape formed on the surface of the first rugged shape; the first rugged shape is represented by a maximum height roughness Rz of 5.0 to 100 μm, and the second rugged shape is represented by a Rz of 0.5 to 0.9 μm. A fixing device of the present invention has the fixing belt mounted therein, and an image forming apparatus of the present invention has the fixing device mounted therein.SELECTED DRAWING: None
