PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmitter, a power receiver, a wireless power supply system, and a wireless power supply method that can reduce a power receiving voltage and improve efficiency.SOLUTION: The power transmitter includes: a power transmission coil 11 that wirelessly transmits power to a power receiver 2; a power supply unit 10 that supplies power to the power transmission coil; and a power transmission side variable circuit element unit 12 provided between the power supply unit and the power transmission coil, and controls the power transmission side variable circuit element unit on the basis of power receiving information transmitted from the power receiver via wireless communication and transmission power information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
