Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the entry of water into a fan boss while securing the effects of reducing the film surface vibration of the fan boss.SOLUTION: A motor fan includes an electric motor 101, and a fan body 1A to be rotated integrally with a rotor 103. The fan body has a fan boss 2 including a front wall 2a and a peripheral side wall 2b and a fan blade 3, and the center of the front wall is connected to the rotor. In the front wall of the fan boss, an opening 10 is provided which is located between a connection point in a radial center region and the outer periphery tied to the peripheral side wall to cut off the propagation of vibration from the connection point to the peripheral side wall. The positions of a front side opening face 10a and a rear side opening face 10b of the opening are shifted from each other in view from the axial front side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
