Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to request a vehicle allocation to the destination to which the vehicle allocation is frequently utilized, through one action.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an operation terminal for a user to request a vehicle allocation. The operation terminal comprises: shortcut registration means 11 for registering shortcut operations and destinations that are determined by the user; shortcut selection means 12 which enables a destination to be selected by a shortcut operation; and vehicle allocation request transmission means 16 which transmits, to a vehicle allocation server, vehicle allocation request information including the destination that is selected by the shortcut selection means 12. The operation terminal 10 may be any one of a dedicated terminal that is owned by the user, a remote controller of a home electrical appliance, a telephone set, a smartphone or a tablet terminal, a personal computer, a stick or a walking aid comprising a communication function, and a dedicated apparatus that is installed in a facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
