Title:
OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2018174156
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide superconductor capable of increasing a critical current density in a magnetic field.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an oxide superconductor is provided comprising an oxide system including REBaCuO(RE being one element selected from a "RE element group" of Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Y, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu) which satisfies R(M1)≤20 mol%, R(M2)≥60 mol%, and R(M3)≤20 mol%, provided that the RE includes at least three metallic elements (M1, M2, and M3), the three metallic elements are any elements selected from the RE element group in order, and R(M1) is an average metallic element ratio of M1 in M1+M2+M3, and which satisfies SD(Ms)>0.15, provided that Ms is the metallic element in which R(M1) or R(M3) is not larger at a position at 50% of an average film thickness of a cross section including the c-axis and SD(Ms) is a standard deviation/average value of Ms.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
