PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide konjac paste jam containing nutrient sugar, which can be combined with yogurt and simultaneously give sophisticated dietary fiber and saccharide serving as the nutrient of Lactobacillus.SOLUTION: A konjac paste jam is produced by putting konjac refined flour and water into a container, heating and boiled with stirring to form a konjac in paste form, adding nutrient sugar serving as a feed for Lactobacillus such as oligosaccharide and lactose to the paste, and boiling it down.
