Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microneedle array unit facilitating the insertion and removal of a microneedle array, and also to provide a microneedle array container.SOLUTION: The microneedle array unit comprises: a microneedle array having a sheet part and a plurality of needle parts arranged on an inner side of an outer peripheral surface of one side of the sheet part; a case body having an accommodation part for accommodating the microneedle array; and a lid for covering the case body. The accommodation part includes: a first recessed portion which has a first opening, a first side surface, and a first bottom surface supporting the outer peripheral surface, the distance from the first opening to the first bottom surface being shorter than the height of the needle parts, and which has a tapered shape in which the first side surface gradually widens from the first bottom surface toward the first opening; a second recessed portion which is arranged inside the first bottom surface to receive the needle parts, and which has a second opening, a second side surface, and a second bottom surface, the distance from the second opening to the second bottom surface being longer than the height of the needle parts; and a notched portion provided at a portion of the first and second side surfaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
