Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball-point pen which holds a ball as a writing member rotatably, and pushes the ball forth with a coil spring.SOLUTION: A ball-point pen which has a ball holder 1 which rotatably holds a ball 2 for applying ink having ink viscosity V (mPa s) within a range of 1000(mPa s)≤V≤7000(mPa s), to a paper face etc. so as to make one portion protruded from a tip, in which back and forth movement amount Y(mm) of the ball is within a range of 0.01≤Y/D≤0.1 with respective to a diameter D(mm) of the ball, and in which a ball-point pen tip where a coil spring 3 for pushing the ball forth with a load F(g) within a range of 3(g)≤F≤50(g) is provided behind the ball so as to form a penpoint, characterized in that a transferred face 14 of a top caulking portion inner face 13, which is formed in a front part of an inner face of the ball holder and to which a curve face of the ball regulating forward movement of the ball is transferred, has a width X(mm) within a range of 0.18≤X/D≤0.3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
