Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion prevention structure capable of preventing corrosion of a fastening member with a simple structure, and a corrosion prevention method.SOLUTION: A cutting treatment part 7 is formed by applying cutting treatment to the surface layer of a splice plate 2 so as to remove rusts R from the surface layer of the splice plate 2 in a place on which a coating member 5 is mounted. The cutting treatment part 7 is formed on the surface layer of the splice plate 2 so as to surround a fastening member 3. A gap between the inner surface of the coating member 5 and the surface of the fastening member 3 is sealed by adhering a mounting part 5b of the coating member 5 and the cutting treatment part 7 with a filler 6. With this, the coating member 5 blocks immersion of moisture or oxygen from the outside of the coating member 5 to the inside, and the coating member 5 prevents rusts R from occurring in the fastening member 3 and the splice plate 2 near the fastening member 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
