Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powder for spray coating capable of suppressing decline of machinability of a sprayed coating even under a high temperature environment; and to provide a film deposition method of a sprayed coating using the same.SOLUTION: Powder 10 for spray coating is powder for spray coating for depositing a sprayed coating 10A having an abradable characteristic. The powder 10 for spray coating has NiCr-based alloy particles 11 and h-BN particles 12, and a NiCr-based alloy in the NiCr-based alloy particles 11 contains Si as much as 2-10 mass%, and the powder 10 for spray coating contains h-BN particles 12 as much as 4-8 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
