Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial lawn that can be used to solve at least one of the problems such as excessive bounce of a golf ball, filler drainage and filler detachment.SOLUTION: An artificial lawn comprises a base material, a number of lawn leaf-like piles standing on the base material, and a filler that is charged between a number of piles in order to form a filler layer. The filler has a rubber elasticity and contains a high-specific filler with 1.5 or higher of absolute specific gravity. It is preferred that the high-specific filler is manufactured by adding at least either metal or metal compound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
