Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the positioning accuracy of a stationary body while reducing a turbine assembling period by omitting the temporary assembly of a passenger compartment.SOLUTION: A turbine assembly method comprises: obtaining measured data of shapes of upper half passenger compartments 12 and 22 which are not fastened to lower half passenger compartments 11 and 21; obtaining measured data of shapes of the lower half passenger compartments 11 and 21 in an open state in which the upper half passenger compartments 12 and 22 and a body of rotation 3 are detached and a stationary body 6 is assembled; selecting the simulation data closest to measured data of shapes of the upper half passenger compartments 12 and 22 and the lower half passenger compartments 11 and 21 by comparing the measured data on shapes of the upper half passenger compartments 12 and 22 and the lower half passenger compartments 11 and 21, and the simulation data on shapes of the upper half passenger compartments 12 and 22 and the lower half passenger compartments 11 and 21 obtained in advance; calculating the amount of change of the shapes of the upper half passenger compartments 12 and 22 and the lower half passenger compartments 11 and 21 when the upper half passenger compartments 12 and 22 are coupled to the lower half passenger compartments 11 and 21 in an open state from the selected simulation data; and adjusting the installation position of a stationary body 6 inside the passenger compartment by taking into account the calculated change amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
