Title:
PARTICULATE REMOVAL DEVICE FOR GAS TURBINE AND GAS TURBINE INCLUDING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2018178991
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate removal device for a gas turbine capable of collecting and removing particulates such as foreign matters included in compressed air supplied to a first vane to prevent a flow passage clogging phenomenon and the gas turbine including the particulate removal device.SOLUTION: A particulate removal device for a gas turbine includes: a suction port formed on one side of a lower part of a first vane in which combustion gas flows; an acceleration flow passage for separating compressed air and particulates included in the compressed air from each other; a particulate collection section for collecting the separated particulates; and a particulate discharge section for discharging the collected particulates to outside. The acceleration flow passage includes an inclined surface for causing the compressed air flowing in parallel with the axial direction of the gas turbine to flow into the first vane in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the gas turbine and accelerating the compressed air. The particulate collection section is formed in a first support member for supporting a platform of the first vane, and the first support member is formed at an end of the acceleration flow passage to have a size larger than the width of a lower end of the platform of the first vane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
