PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superheated steam delivery device that has a simple structure and easily deliver superheated steam.SOLUTION: A superheated steam delivery device 10 according to the present invention comprises a heating duct 11 that introduces air E from an external part to heat it, a heating heater unit 16 provided in the heating duct 11 to heat the air E introduced from the external part, and injection nozzles 15a and 15b provided in the heating duct 11 to inject mist K into the air E introduced from the external part. The air E introduced from the external part is heated, the mist K is injected into the air E, and superheated steam F is delivered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
