Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dot sight which enables aiming accuracy thereof to be improved by improving spherical aberration particularly in a reflective mode.SOLUTION: The dot sight is provided that comprises a meniscus lens 11 having a convex surface on the object side and a light source 15. A surface 11b of the meniscus lens 11 on a side opposite the object side has a concave parabolic shape, and has a semi-transmissive reflective film or wavelength-selective reflective film formed thereon. The light source 15 is disposed at a focal position on an optical axis of a reflection optical system comprised of the surface 11b of the meniscus lens on the side opposite the object side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
