Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-definition color filter of high transmissivity, capable of suppressing migration from an adjacent pixel when forming a multicolor film, and forming a green pixel with smaller variation of transmissivity within a single pixel.SOLUTION: A color filter has a width at a pixel opening of 5-30 μm. If transmissivity at a point ±4 μm away from a pixel center of the green pixel is Y2, an average of Y3 transmissivity is Y4, and transmissivity at the pixel center is Y1, an equation Y4/Y1=95.5-100% is satisfied. A color chromaticity (x,y) by D65 light source of the green pixel is within a region surrounded by five points of (0.170, 0.570), (0.260, 0.650), (0.330, 0.620), (0.364, 0.565) and (0.190, 0.500).SELECTED DRAWING: None
