PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support selecting an effective security countermeasure.SOLUTION: A security countermeasure proposal apparatus includes a reception unit for receiving a selection of any one or more countermeasures among a plurality of countermeasures regarding security of a computer system, an extraction unit for referring a storage unit storing presence or absence of satisfaction of each condition regarding safety and a cost required for implementation for each of the plurality of countermeasures and extracting a combination satisfying each of conditions among combinations of countermeasures including one or more each selected countermeasures, a comparison unit for comparing each of combinations based on the cost of each of the countermeasures included in the extracted combinations, and output unit for outputting the countermeasure for proposal based on a comparison result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
