PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interactive service providing device, an interactive service providing method and its computer program.SOLUTION: An interactive service providing method provides interaction between an interactive service providing device and one or more external electronic equipment through a chat room on the online. An interactive service providing method comprises: a first input receiving step of receiving a first input to call for information concerning interaction contents advanced through the chat room by an input receiving unit included in the interactive service providing device; a second input receiving step of receiving a second input to identify at least a portion of the interaction contents by the input receiving unit; a step of responding to the first input and the second input by a control unit included in the interactive service providing device, and sorting and arranging statistical information concerning at least a portion content identified by the second input among the interaction contents advanced in the chat room selected by the first input according to predetermined time; and a step of displaying the arranged statistical information by a display unit included in the interactive service providing device through the control unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
