Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform underwater acoustic communication with good quality.SOLUTION: A receiving unit 21 receives transmission data 34 transmitted by an underwater transmitter 10. A received data generation unit 22 converts each of a plurality of speeds into a relative speed between the underwater transmitter 10 and an underwater receiver 20, demodulates the transmission data 34 received by the receiving unit 21 on the basis of an amount of Doppler shift due to the relative speed, and thereby generates a plurality of pieces of received data 35.
