Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator of a rotary electric machine, which can secure insulation between coils with an inexpensive and simple structure while axial length of the rotary electric machine is suppressed.SOLUTION: A stator 10 of a rotary electric machine comprises: a stator core 21 having a plurality of slots 23; and a U phase coil 50U, a V phase coil 50V and a W phase coil 50W, which are segmented. The U phase coil 50U, the V phase coil 50V and the W phase coil 50W comprise: a plurality of slot coils 25 which are inserted into the plurality of slots 23 of the stator core 21 and which almost linearly extend; and a plurality of connection coils 40 which connect the slot coils 25 of the same phase and constitute a bridging section. The plurality of connection coils 40 are stored in an outer face groove 37 and an inner face groove 38, which are formed in insulation plates 31R and 31L, and insulation covers 150 are arranged in every other connection coil 40 in a circumferential direction in the plurality of connection coils 40 and are insulated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
