Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine system capable of suppressing generation of groaning sound and vibration recognized as variation sounds with respect to human auditory sense.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine system 12 comprises a first rotary electric machine 17 and a second rotary electric machine 18. The first rotary electric machine 17 drives a left rear wheel 13 of an electric vehicle 10, for example. The second rotary electric machine 18 drives a right rear wheel 14 of the electric vehicle 10, for example. The first rotary electric machine 17 and the second rotary electric machine 18 differ from each other in the number of pole pairs. This can suppress generation of groaning sound and vibration recognized as variation sounds with respect to human auditory sense, which is caused by the first rotary electric machine 17 and the second rotary electric machine 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
