Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device for a vehicle that has a relatively simple configuration and that can determine whether an abnormal condition occurs.SOLUTION: The electronic control device for a vehicle according to this invention comprises: a behavior prediction unit S2 which predicts a behavior of an object around a vehicle on the basis of environment information obtained from environment information detection units 21 and 22 that detect environment information of the vehicle; and a determination unit for detection unit S45 which determines whether an abnormality occurs in the environment information detection units by comparing, with a prediction result from the behavior prediction unit, the environment information obtained from the environment information detection units at the time that corresponds to the prediction result from the behavior prediction unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
