Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping unit for vehicle air-conditioning in which a coolant control member is unitized for downsizing and lightening/slimming and achieving good assembly workability.SOLUTION: A piping unit (150) for vehicle air-conditioning in which a changeover valve (100), which can freely changes connection of a coolant path according to function changeover between at least cooling and heating/dehumidifying, is provided on a base board part (90) in a coolant circuit of an automobile air conditioner. The base board part (90) is configured from a laminate structure (90) in which flat plates having a prescribed thickness are so laminated as to be capable of air-tightly holding mutual adhesion surfaces, a drain hole, which forms a pipe path space is bored in a flat plate which is provided on any intermediately layer interposed between a bottom plate and a top cover, and is tightly sealed by other flat plates laminated on upper and lower sides of the drain hole, thereby constituting a coolant circuit. The changeover valve (100) is a four-way valve (100) provided on the base board part (90) and can be freely changed between two alternatives as two kinds of connection forms in which respective pairs of four coolant circuits are connected to two sets of paths.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
