Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an ore slurry capable of reducing sulfuric acid used amount in an exudation process and used amount of hydrated lime in a final neutralization process.SOLUTION: A method has a supply process S11 for supplying water and nickel oxide ore as a raw material to a drum, a mixing process S12 for pulverizing the nickel oxide ore in the drum and mixing the same with water to obtain a mixed slurry, a crude classification process S13 for transporting the mixed slurry from drum to a trommel and classifying the mixed slurry by using a grating screen equipped by the trommel, and removing gravel contained in the mixed slurry to obtain a crude ore slurry, and a pure classification process S14 for classifying the crude ore slurry by using a vibration screen and removing gravel contained in the crude ore slurry to obtain an ore slurry, in which percentage of the nickel oxide ore in the raw material is adjusted to at least 35 wt.% or more in the supply process S11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
