Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microarray system that hardly causes air bubbles or air pockets.SOLUTION: A microarray system includes a microarray 20 formed on a top surface 32 of a planar substrate 30, and an incubation chamber 10 formed around the microarray 20. The incubation chamber 10 has a plurality of interior surfaces including a bottom surface on which the microarray 20 is formed and a top surface that faces the bottom surface and is generally parallel to the bottom surface. At least one of a plurality of interior surfaces is a hydrophilic surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
