The electron paper 11 has a first electrochromic layer 11A changeable to a first color in three original colors, a second electrochromic layer 11B changeable to a second color in three original colors, and a reflective layer 11D arranged inside the first electrochromic layer 11A and the second electrochromic layer 11B, and reflecting light.
