PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress drive support control at appropriate timing.SOLUTION: A drive support apparatus (17) includes: first control means (175) for executing first control for preventing a vehicle (1) from exceeding a given speed; second control means (172) for executing second control that is drive support control being different from the first control; suppression means (173) for suppressing execution of the second control on the basis of an operation of an accelerator pedal by an occupant of the vehicle; and suppression reduction means (174) for controlling the suppression means so that the execution of the second control is not easily suppressed in comparison with the case of the first control not being executed, in a case where the first control is executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
