Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful Machino style base cap and a pneumatic valve using it which can make desorption of the Machino style base cap extremely easily by obtaining a large movable torque by using common push rings, when mounting/dismounting the Machino style base cap to piping equipment such as air valves.SOLUTION: In a base cap used for a piping equipment, the base cap comprises a tubular insertion metal fitting, a push ring rotatably and vertically movably provided on an outer periphery of the insertion metal fitting, and a tubular body fixed to the lower part of the insertion metal fitting. In a Machino style base cap for a piping equipment, the tubular body and an opening of the piping equipment are attached in a sealed state, and in a state in which the tubular body and the push ring are locked via locking means, the turning force of the push ring is interlocked with the tubular body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
