Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture construction hardware whose tip is sharpened and which improves digging efficiency, by a press.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to construction hardware 50 comprising a nut shaft 7 matching a shaft core 5 on one face 2 of a disc 1 and comprising a hexa-lobular hole 21 on another face 3. On the other face 3 of the disc, a wedge-like recess 30 is formed at an outer peripheral side by a press die and pushed to the side of the one face 2, thereby forming a corresponding wedge-like projection 40. In the wedge-like projection 40 a substantially right-angle surface that is perpendicular to a front-side edge (tip) 42 in a rotation direction 18 is formed in a circumferential direction along an outer periphery, an outer peripheral side 42a protrudes at maximum, and a slope is formed towards an inner peripheral side 42a. In the wedge-like projection 40, a slope is formed from the front-side edge 42 to a rear-side edge 43 (the one face 2 of the disc 1) (a) (b). The nut shaft 7 is inserted into a through-hole 57 of a foundation 55, an upper end 54 of an anchor bolt 53 is threaded, and the disc is embedded by drilling a top face 56 of the foundation 55 with the wedge-like projection 40 (c).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
